Refund policy

1. No Right of Withdrawal

(1) Customers outside the European Union (EU) and Switzerland do not have a right of withdrawal, unless required by the laws of their country of residence.

(2) If a withdrawal right is mandatory under the customer's local laws, the customer must notify the provider of their decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal mail).

2. Return Policy (if applicable)

(1) Returns are only accepted at the discretion of the provider and must be agreed upon in advance.

(2) Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and any customs duties or import taxes incurred.

(3) The provider may refuse a refund until the goods have been received back or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.

3. Exclusion of Returns for Custom Products

Returns are not accepted for custom-made products, i.e., items that have been individually manufactured according to the customer’s specifications.
