1. Provider & Scope
(1) The provider of this online shop and contractual partner for international customers is:

(2) These Terms of Service (TOS) apply to all contracts concluded between JASAGO GmbH and customers outside the European Union (EU) and Switzerland through this online shop.
2. Contract Formation & Prices
(1) The product presentations in this online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) The purchase contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the provider accepts it by sending an order confirmation via email within 48 hours.
(3) Prices do not include VAT or sales tax. The customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees in their country.
3. Payment Methods
The provider accepts the following payment methods:- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay
- Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay
The payment must be completed before the order is processed and shipped.
4. Shipping Conditions & Import Duties
(1) Orders for international customers (outside EU/CH) are shipped directly from the manufacturer.
(2) Estimated delivery times:
- International (USA & other countries): 10 - 15 business days
(3) The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price.
(4) If a customer refuses to pay import duties or refuses delivery, the provider is not obligated to refund the purchase.
5. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain the property of JASAGO GmbH until full payment has been received.
6. Warranty & Liability
(1) There is no statutory warranty period for international customers unless required by local laws in the customer's country.
(2) The provider is not liable for customs-related delays or fees imposed by the local authorities.
(3) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is only assumed if an essential contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) is violated.
7. No Right of Withdrawal for International Customers
(1) Customers outside the EU and Switzerland do not have a right of withdrawal.
(2) Exception: If required by the customer's local laws, a withdrawal policy may apply. The customer is responsible for verifying their country's regulations before purchase.
(3) Custom-made products are excluded from any returns or refunds.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
(1) These Terms of Service are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
(2) The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
9. Final Provisions
(1) If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
(2) The provider reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
