Shipping policy

1. Scope

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed in the online shop of JASAGO GmbH (Reviwall). It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Delivery areas

We currently ship to the following areas:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein
European Union (EU)
USA

We cannot currently deliver to other countries. Whether your destination is available is shown at checkout at the latest.

3. Shipping rates & free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout. Current standard rates:

Switzerland / Liechtenstein: 9.90 CHF — free from 149 CHF order value
EU: 12.90 EUR — free from 149 EUR order value
USA: 19.90 USD — free from 149 USD order value

In the cart and at checkout you always see the rate that applies to your delivery country. There are no hidden shipping costs.

4. Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 15–20 business days (including production), counted from order receipt or payment confirmation.

Custom-printed tapestries are made after your order. We therefore cannot offer express shipping. If delays occur, we will inform you as early as possible.

5. Shipping origin & carriers

Switzerland / Liechtenstein: Shipped from Switzerland (Lichtensteig) via Swiss Post. Shipments are typically cleared and include VAT — no import fees.
EU: Shipped from Germany (EU) via DHL. Shipments are typically cleared and include VAT — no import fees.
USA: Shipping to the USA. There is no duty-free promise; any taxes or fees (e.g. Sales Tax) may apply and will be clarified later where required.

6. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will usually receive an email with tracking information, provided the carrier offers tracking.

7. Damage or loss in transit

Please check the goods on receipt. In case of transit damage or missing shipments, contact us promptly at hello@reviwall.com and keep photos and the tracking number ready if available.
