1. Provider & Scope
(1) The provider of this online shop and contractual partner of the customers is:

(2) These T&C apply to all contracts between JASAGO GmbH and customers in Switzerland and the European Union (EU) that are concluded via this online shop.
2. Contract Conclusion & Prices
(1) The product representations in the online shop are not legally binding offers but an invitation to place an order.
(2) The purchase contract is concluded when the customer places an order and the provider accepts it by sending an order confirmation via email within 48 hours.
(3) All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT.
3. Payment Methods
The provider accepts the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay
- Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay

Payment must be completed before the goods are shipped.
4. Delivery Conditions & Transport Risk
(1) Shipping within the EU is handled from Germany (JASAGO UG), while in Switzerland, it is handled from Lichtensteig (JASAGO GmbH).
(2) Estimated delivery times:
Switzerland / EU: 12 - 20 business days
(3) Customers in Switzerland and the EU do not have to pay any hidden customs duties or import fees.
(4) The transport risk is borne by the provider if the customer is a consumer. If the customer is a business, the risk transfers to them once the goods are handed over to the shipping provider.
5. Retention of Ownership
The goods remain the property of JASAGO GmbH until full payment has been received.
6. Legal Warranty & Liability
(1) Customers in the EU and Switzerland have a legal warranty of 2 years from the date of receipt of the goods.
(2) Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is assumed only for the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
(3) No liability for customs duties or other import costs if a customer orders from a third country.
7. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
(1) Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
(2) Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, i.e., products that are specifically manufactured according to customer requirements:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs.
(3) The withdrawal policy is available on a separate page and is provided to the customer during the ordering process.
8. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
(1) Swiss law exclusively applies.
(2) The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
9. Final Provisions
(1) If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
(2) The provider reserves the right to change these T&C at any time. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
