Refund policy
1. Right of Withdrawal
(1) Consumers residing in the European Union (EU) and Switzerland have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
(2) The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by them has taken possession of the goods.
(3) To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the provider by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or postal mail) about their decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
2. Consequences of Withdrawal
(1) If the customer withdraws from this contract, the provider must refund all payments received from the customer, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from the customer selecting a type of delivery other than the most cost-efficient standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the provider received the notification of withdrawal.
(2) The provider will carry out the refund using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction unless explicitly agreed otherwise with the customer. Under no circumstances will the customer be charged any fees for this refund.
(3) The provider may withhold the refund until they have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
(4) The customer must return or hand over the goods to the provider without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which they informed the provider of their withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the customer sends the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
(5) The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
(6) The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods in a manner that was not necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
3. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production requires an individual selection or determination by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
