The price for your custom tapestry is calculated as follows:
Material (base price up to 2 m²)
- Standard (100 g soft fleece): 39 €
- Premium (250 g polyester): 59 €
- Outdoor (600D Oxford, water-repellent): 64 €
- Flame-retardant B1 (certificate included): 79 €
- Eyelets: +7 € (optional, all materials)
- Size surcharge: +10 €/m² above 2 m² — same on all fabric bases
Example: Standard, 3 m², without eyelets → 49 € (39 + 10), plus shipping.
With eyelets: 56 € (49 + 7).

- All prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) where required.

- Standard – 100 g/m² soft fleece: soft, opaque, lightweight, wrinkle-resistant
- Premium – 250 g/m² polyester: heavier, smoother drape, richer colour
- Outdoor – 600D Oxford: water-repellent, tougher (balcony, garden, events)
- Flame-retardant B1 – B1 certified, certificate included (schools, stage, public venues)
Washable and reusable (gentle cycle max. 30 °C — same care for all fabrics).

What sizes are available for my wall tapestry?
Our wall tapestries are available in custom sizes – from small formats to XXL sizes up to 10 meters wide and 6 meters high. Even larger custom sizes are possible upon request.
How do I upload an image for my photo tapestry?
- Go to the product page of the photo tapestry
- Click “Customize 🪄” to open the online customizer
- Click “Upload Image” and select your photo or design
- Place & scale your image as desired

The design tool is not responding or seems frozen – what should I do?
Our design tool processes your uploaded image in the background. For larger files or slower internet connections, this may take some time.
Even if it looks like the page has frozen or your browser (e.g. Chrome) says it's not responding – please click “Wait”.
💡 In most cases, the tool will work again after 30–120 seconds.
We're constantly working to improve the speed and stability of the tool. If it still doesn't work, feel free to contact us – we're happy to help!
Why am I getting a warning about image quality?
For optimal print quality, a high-resolution image is required, especially for large-format wall tapestries.
📢 This warning does NOT mean your image is unusable! It is simply a recommendation for the best possible quality.
- Even with a lower resolution, your print can still look great!
- Our system provides a guideline, not a strict requirement.
- If you're unsure, send us your image, and we'll check it for you!
💡 The higher the resolution, the sharper the result – but even with fewer pixels, we will do our best to make your tapestry look amazing.
How can I change the size of my wall tapestry?
You can customize the size of your individually printed wall tapestry directly in our online designer:
- Go to the product page of your photo tapestry
- Click on "Customize 🪄" to open the design tool
- Select the exact width and height down to the centimeter

How do I hang my wall tapestry?
Our wall tapestries are easy and flexible to hang – no drilling or complicated installation required:
- Double-sided tape – leaves no residue and is easy to remove
- Velcro strips – allows for repositioning multiple times
- Push pins or nails – discreet mounting at the corners
- Hot glue – ideal for a permanent hold
- Or get creative with your own mounting method
💡 Optional: Choose the “With Grommets” option, and we will add durable metal grommets to the corners, making it easy to hang with hooks or strings.
Is the wall tapestry opaque?
Yes — depending on the material:
- Standard soft fleece and Premium are clearly more opaque than thin polyesters.
- Outdoor 600D is tough and covers well.
- B1 flame-retardant suits the intended use; certificate included.
Which fabrics / prices are available?
Up to 2 m² (without eyelets): Standard 39 / Premium 59 / Outdoor 64 / Flame-retardant B1 79. Eyelets +7. Above 2 m²: +10/m² on all bases equally. Shipping separate (by market).
Is there a visible seam in the fabric?
A fine seam is only present if your wall tapestry exceeds 300 cm (3 meters) in both width and height.
Examples:
✅ 300 cm × 600 cm → No seam
❌ 400 cm × 600 cm → With seam
Are there any hidden costs or additional fees?
No, there are no hidden shipping costs.
Orders within the EU ship from Germany (EU), already cleared and incl. VAT. No import fees.
